By accessing or using this site, platform, or product (including “the School” and the “AI Basecamp”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and any local laws relevant to your use. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from accessing or using the site or product.

This license does not permit you to:

  • Use materials for public display or commercial exploitation;
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions using the AI Basecamp;
  • Reverse engineer or decompile software;
  • Remove proprietary notices;

  • The Provider’s logo must appear on any adapted materials, such as Miro or Mural boards that incorporate the Product.
  • Users must not claim ownership or imply original development of the Product.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

Students are entitled to a full refund under the satisfaction guarantee if a written request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the course purchase date. Refund requests made after this fourteen (14)-day period will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Students who invoke the satisfaction guarantee and receive a refund will not be eligible to receive any physical AI Cards associated with the course.

Furthermore, any student who explicitly requests shipment or delivery of physical AI Cards within the fourteen (14)-day satisfaction guarantee period shall be deemed to have waived their right to a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. Such waiver shall be final and irrevocable.

6. Certification
Only IT Volk is authorized to provide certification for the AI Basecamp. Use of the Product does not imply certification or authority to train others unless explicitly granted by IT Volk.
